The IDS Imaging uEye+ GV-5990CP Rev 2.2 GigE camera features a 4512x4512 high resolution Sony IMX541 1.1" 20 megapixel global shutter CMOS sensor with a 5.5 fps frame rate. The GV-5990CP camera produces superb images and is ideal for many industrial machine vision applications such as inspection and traffic applicaiton due to camera's high light sensitivity, BSI technology ("Back Side Illuminated"), a remarkably small 2.74 µm pixel size and high pixel density. GV-5990CP cameras are available in color or monochrome.

IDS Imaging uEye CP GigE cameras are GigE Vision compliant and can be easily integrated with the IDS Peak Software Development Kit (SDK) or with 3rd party compliant software. uEye CP cameras transmit data at full GigE speed with PoE ("Power over Ethernet") which enables single-cable operation up to 100 meters. The 120 megabyte internal image memory, and extensive pixel pre-processing enables maximum functionality. uEye CP GigE cameras are highly suitable for multi-camera systems.
