Sensor

Use an 8-bit pixel format of the sensor to achieve a higher frame rate for a short time. In this case, the image will be 4x as bright.

Due to the manufacturer, the minimum and maximum data values in 8-bit pixel format are not used (only 1 ... 254 DN).

ROI

The frame rate does not increase by the use of a horizontal ROI.

Binning

Sensor binning is only supported by monochrome sensors.

Pixel format

Due to the manufacturer, the minimum and maximum pixel values are not used for the sensor pixel formats. For example, in a 12-bit pixel format, only the value 4094 is reached for saturation, but not 4095.

Power consumption

The power consumption may exceed the usual USB 3 values. It is possible that the camera cannot be operated on every system. If necessary, the frame rate can be reduced.

USB 2.0 operation

The camera model does not support USB 2.0 operation.
