Autofocus

The model has an integrated autofocus optics. The optics focus as close as 10 cm, either automatically or manually via software (see also Optic Control). At https://en.ids-imaging.com/xc-fieldofview.html, you can easily calculate the working distance and the field of view for the U3-36L0XC.

Auto features

•If you activate ExposureAuto at very low frame rates while image acquisition is in progress, a noisy intermediate image may occur. This can be avoided by briefly stopping the exposure before activating ExposureAuto.

White balance

•Color gain settings found with auto white balance are not applied when auto white balance is turned off.

ROI

•The frame rate does not increase by the use of a horizontal ROI.

Binning

•The model does not support binning.

Decimation

•The model does not support decimation.

Trigger

•The model does not support hardware trigger.

Line scan

•The model does not support line scan.
