The "Upload starter firmware" button uploads a new version of the starter firmware to the selected camera. This button can only be used in Expert mode.

The starter firmware determines the start-up behavior of the GigE uEye camera. We recommend that you do not update the starter firmware unless an older firmware version causes start-up problems. If you have questions on the current starter firmware, please contact our technical support. |
