AT Sensors XCS 3D sensor laser profilers are innovative high speed, high precision 3D sensors. The optimized laser maintains uniform thickness to enable precise scanning of the smallest details. Featuring AT Sensors's Clean Beam technology, the 3D sensor produces a laser beam with uniform intensity that enhances the reliability and prevents interference from external sources. An optional dual-head sensor eliminates occlusions, and increases efficiency. The 3070 WARP model can achieve profile speeds up to 140 kHz, and up to 200 kHz with the dual head model.
XCS 3D high performance sensors are suitable for industrial applications, such as sorting & recycling, welding, pharmaceuticals, wood & lumber, where precision and reliability at extremely high speeds and resolution are required. With a field of view of up to 53 mm, XCS 3D sensors are particularly well suited for the electronics industry for performing electronic inspection tasks.
