The Teledyne Dalsa Z-Trak LP2C 4K 3D laser profiler features high scan speeds and intuitive tools to produce accurate, reliable and repeatable 3D measurements and results. With scan speeds at 5K profiles/sec and 4096 points/profile, the Z-Track LP2C 3D laser profiler can measure, inspect, and identify defects in small objects and keep pace with high speed production lines. Encased in robust IP67 housing the laser profiler is built to withstand harsh industrial environments. The Z-Trak LP2C laser profiler is suitable for a wide variety of surfaces and materials including highly reflective surfaces.
All Z-Trak 3D laser profilers are factory calibrated for accurate real-time measurements, and built with IP67 enclosures for harsh envionments. With sophisticated algorithms and blue laser options for highly reflective surfaces, or red laser options for more complex surfaces, Z-Trak laser profilers proficiently handle virtually any 3D inspection task. Support for GigEVision standard enables the Z-Trak 3D laser profilers to work with both the Teledyne DALSA image processing and analysis software packages, as well as a wide variety of third party 3D image processing and analysis packages.
With the easy to use Z-Expert configuration utility, data from multiple Z-Trak profilers can be combined into a common Unified Measurement Space coordination system. The 3D data that's produced can be viewed as a 3D point-cloud, mesh, or a range map image. The 3D data can be extracted at various angles for additional measurements and analysis.
