The Teledyne DALSA Linea HS HL-HM-16K20H monochrome line scan camera features a charge-domain CMOS BSI TDI 16k sensor, a Camera Link HS interface, 5 µm pixel size, 16,384x192 resolution, and a maximum line rate of 200 kHz. The HS HL-HM-16K20H camera's Backside illumination (BSI) significantly enhances light sensitivity, making it ideal for UV imaging and other machine vision line scan applications including scientific and inspection applications.
