Edmund Optics CobaltTL™ Telecentric Lenses with inline illumination options are high resolution C-mount telecentric lenses designed for industrial applications where precise measurement is essential. The very low aperture - as low as f/4 enables high light throughput. With distortion as low as 0.014° telecentricity, these telecentric lenses are widely used for inspection, measurement, gauging and image stitching applications. CobaltTL telecentric lenses are compatible with Sony IMX304, Sony IMX183 and other 17.6mm diagonal sensor / 1.1" format sensors.
Inline versions of the CobaltTL lenses enable the inline illumination port to be rotated or repositioned. CobaltTL lenses are built with Edmund Optics TECHSPEC® components for exceptional image quality and measurement accuracy. They are designed for industrial environments to withstand high vibrations with a recessed set screw to lock the iris.
