The Ensenso B 3D camera is a high-performance 3D stereo vision camera system with a bright pattern projector that’s designed for use in robotics and other industrial applications where space is limited and precision is crucial. Compact and durable housing with IP65/67 protection ensures reliable operation even in the harshest industrial environments.
The camera's fully integrated optics with a short focal length and 5-megapixel stereo sensors provide accurate depth measurements on objects as close as 21 cm to about 2 meters. Even at the short distance of 21 cm, the Ensenso B57 3D camera covers a large field of view of 30x26 cm measuring depth values with an accuracy of approximately 0.1 mm. With a large field of view and high depth of field, the Ensenso B 3D camera ensures that objects remain in focus and sharp throughout the working area.

Two 5 MP color sensors (2472x2064 pixels) capture high-resolution stereo images while simultaneously providing necessary color information. A wide field of view and additional front LED illumination ensures color-neutral light to support 2D color images.
With Ensenso’s powerful 200 Watt LED pattern projector and green laser light the FlexView3 pattern provides high contrast on all objects within the selected working area and are extremely bright. The two RGB sensors generate texture data, which supplements the 3D point cloud with color information to produce realistic 3D mapping. Learn more about Flexview.
The lenses, including the pattern projector, come factory-preset to the field of view and working distance, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.
