hint_notice

NOTICE! The pins 1 and 5 are voltage output of the camera.

Do not apply an external voltage on these outputs thus this may be destroy the camera.

The 10 pin I/O connector of the USB uEye LE can be equipped with a 2 x 5-pin connecting plug with a 2.54 mm (0.1") lead spacing. IDS Imaging Development Systems GmbH shall not be liable for any damage to the camera or connected devices arising from installation of the connecting plug.

hint_info

The maximum length of the I/O cable is 30 m. The cable must be shielded.

Maximum current

If the 3.3 V and the 5 V power supplies are used simultaneously, please observe that the maximum power available from the USB bus is 2.5 W. Choose the overall current in such a way that the maximum power of 2.5 W will not be exceeded.

TWI (Two Wire Interface) operation

From driver version 3.20, the TWI (Two Wire Interface) is operated with a clock frequency of approx. 400 kHz. For earlier versions, the clock frequency is 100 kHz.

Multi master mode is not allowed on the TWI while the USB uEye LE camera is used.
