JAI Sweep+ cameras are high-performance prism-based cameras for demanding color and multispectral machine vision applications. Using multiple sensors and precision prism technology, Sweep+ cameras capture multiple spectral channels through a common optical path for accurate color reproduction and precise spatial alignment. The series includes RGB and multispectral configurations for applications requiring reliable color and spectral differentiation.
Sweep+ cameras are available with Camera Link, Mini Camera Link, 10GigE, SFP+, and CoaXPress interfaces. The CoaXPress 2.0 CXP-12 models include the 4K SW-4000Q-CXP2A, providing simultaneous RGB+NIR imaging at line rates up to 146 kHz, and the 8K SW-8000Q-CXP2A, providing RGB+NIR imaging at up to 73 kHz. Both cameras use four CMOS sensors with dual-lane CXP-12 connectivity and Power-over-CoaXPress (PoCXP).
JAI Sweep+ cameras are well suited for web and print inspection, food sorting, packaging, battery inspection, semiconductor and display inspection, recycling, and other machine vision applications where accurate color and multispectral imaging can improve inspection and classification.
